SilkVanta
Evidence must never be for sale
Buyer Assurance and Supplier Global Growth operate under one brand but with separate commercial and reporting controls. Marketing relationships cannot change inspection findings.
Start a conversationSeparation of teams
Buyer Assurance controls sourcing, verification, audit and inspection reporting. Supplier Global Growth controls websites, search and market-development work. Access to a growth service does not create approval or preferred status in a buyer report.
Conflict disclosure
Known commercial, personal or partner relationships that could reasonably affect confidence in an assignment must be disclosed before work proceeds. The client can accept the control plan, change the scope or decline the assignment.
Inspector compensation
Inspectors are paid for completing the agreed work and reporting evidence, not for passing a factory or reducing the number of findings. Supplier approval and order value must not determine inspector compensation.
Gifts and anti-bribery
Team members and field personnel must not request or accept money, gifts or benefits intended to influence access, sampling, photographs, findings or results. Suspected pressure or inducement is recorded and escalated.
Report controls
Material findings should be supported by photographs, measurements, records or stated observations. Changes after review must remain traceable, and commercial staff cannot remove an unfavourable finding for sales reasons.
Evidence retention
Project evidence is retained for the period required by the agreement, business need and applicable obligations. Access is limited to people responsible for delivery, review, complaint handling or authorised administration.
Complaints
A complaint should identify the assignment, disputed finding and supporting evidence. Review is separated from the person whose work is challenged where practical, and the response distinguishes reporting error from disagreement with an acceptance decision.
Conflict escalation
If independence cannot be protected through disclosure, reassignment or additional review, SilkVanta should refuse or stop the affected work. The client receives an explanation consistent with confidentiality duties.
