How SilkVanta handles personal and business information
This policy explains the information collected through the website and service enquiries, why it is used, where it may be processed and the choices available to you.

SilkVanta collects information a visitor chooses to submit, including contact details, company information and project requirements. Hosting infrastructure may also process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, time and requested page for security and delivery.
Forms and uploaded documents
Enquiry forms are used to assess and respond to a requested service. Do not send confidential drawings, identity documents, bank records or regulated personal data through a general website form unless SilkVanta has confirmed a suitable transfer method.
Analytics and cookies
The launch website does not depend on advertising cookies or behavioural profiling. Cloudflare and other essential infrastructure may use technical storage or logs needed for security, routing and site operation. Any future analytics or marketing tools should be disclosed before activation.
CRM and service providers
Website enquiries are hosted through Cloudflare and delivered through Resend to the responsible SilkVanta inbox. Project information may later be stored in approved communication, document or client-management systems when needed to respond or deliver the requested work.
GDPR and PIPL considerations
Depending on the people, companies and locations involved, privacy rules such as the GDPR, UK GDPR or China PIPL may apply. SilkVanta uses information for enquiry handling, contract preparation, service delivery, security and legitimate business administration, subject to the applicable legal basis.
International data transfers
A China-to-global service may require information to be accessed by team members or providers in different countries. Transfers should be limited to the assignment and handled through suitable contractual, technical or legal safeguards where required.
Retention and security
Enquiry and project records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for response, delivery, legal, accounting, dispute and security purposes. Access should be limited by role, although no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Applicable law may give an individual rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or to request a copy of personal data. Requests can be sent to [email protected] and may require identity or authority verification.
