Testing laboratories
Accredited or appropriately qualified laboratories are selected according to product, method, destination and required report acceptance. The laboratory remains responsible for sampling instructions, test execution and issued results.
Product compliance specialists
Country-specific specialists can help map applicable rules, documentation and conformity routes. Their advice is separate from factory inspection and must be scoped to the exact product and destination.
EU responsible person providers
Where EU law requires an authorised or responsible economic operator, SilkVanta can help identify providers and coordinate introductions. The provider performs the legal role under its own agreement and due diligence.
Importer of record providers
Importer-of-record services depend on product, country, tax, customs and commercial structure. A licensed or authorised provider must approve the transaction and remains responsible for the role it accepts.
Logistics and customs providers
Freight, customs and warehousing partners can be coordinated after product, origin, destination, Incoterms and shipment details are known. Quotations and carriage responsibilities remain with the selected provider.
Insurance providers
Cargo, trade credit and other insurance needs are referred to authorised brokers or insurers where available. Coverage, exclusions, claims and suitability are determined by the policy provider, not SilkVanta.
Licensed payment providers
SilkVanta does not hold buyer money in escrow. If a project needs regulated payment, trade-finance or escrow support, the client contracts directly with a licensed provider after completing its checks.
